Message	I would not say to never buy a car if they don't have a title in hand, because it does happen all the time. I bought mine like this, but I typed up a bill of sale and stated the title was to me mailed to me from the bank directly and call and verified it with the bank. I also did not use cash. You should take steps to protect yourself, but I would not walk away from a car just because of it.
